This was too delicious. Had this for lunch at Ee ‘Usk over at Oban in Scotland during a cool February noon in 2006.
Just look at those gorgeous mornay sauce. I requested for something spicy, and the waitress informed me that the cook had sprinkled (liberally) the sauce with paprika. Or was it pepper powder? Whichever it was, it does the trick!.
I so want to try to make this at home, since I believe I would be able to get my hands on most of the items needed for this very delectable concoction….
