8:40 am Craves, Tea Time Treats

I posted up the recipe that I used to make rissoles couple of years ago over here. Made it for tea and Pumpkin really enjoyed it much, especially the one filled with cheese. But she don’t like it to be coated with bread crumb, so I made it plain for her like such.
I wanted to try this one since these days Pumpkin had been a tad wee difficult about trying any new dish. She don’t even want to try that much vegetables, to my chagrin.
But then she is only 3 and a half year old. I should not much fret much, yes?

As you can see, the cheese filled risolle could get a tad bit too oily, but that could be due to me using cheddar cheese. I believe that if I were to use soft cheese, it would be just fine.
Or probably I fried the risolle for longer than necessary?
But anyway, I am hankering this dish for tea. I would be able to make it once I get us a nonstick pan, since the one that we have here would stick to anything.
A capati pan would be nice, too, since I would be able to use it to fry roti kirai, too.
