Cravings, pt. XIV : Home cooked fried noodles

I would only cook this when my mom is around since she likes it quite a lot. I do like this, too, but since the husband don’t really like eating fried noodle, so I don’t cook it during other times.
I have not uploaded the recipe here, yet, but mostly I just wing it. Adding similar items, but maybe in different proportions.
Maybe next time I would record how much this I add, how much that I did not so that I could put it up here.
