78. Cheesy Chicken Goujons
5:48 am Appetizer, Bird of a kind, Home Cooking, Quick n' Easy
Another dish that I made for Pumpkin. This one is so easy, and so yummy, too.
I made a lot of these because I knew that me and the husband would like to snack on these, but with a salad, this could be filling, too.
Another way that I served this was with bread. As a sandwich. Yes. Filling.

Method
- Put the grated cheese, breadcrumb, white pepper powder and 1/2 tsp salt in one bowl. Mix it up well.
- Then in another container, put the plain flour, cracked black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. Again, mix it up well.
- Dredge the chicken fingers inside the plain flour mix, then dip it inside the eggs.
- Coat it with the breadcrumb mix.
- Fry in a moderately hot oil until the chicken turned golden brown.
- Drain, and ready to be served.
- This is also good in caesar salad.
