When I cooked this dish, I just wing it and go with what I have in the fridge and pantry. There was some eggplant that the husband would love, and the beef, he loves that one, too.

This was made to accompany the Nasi Lemak in previous entry. It is quite easy, and quite delicious, if I may say so myself.
This could also be marinated a day earlier in the fridge, then fried just before eating.
Again, another salmon dish that I know everyone at home would enjoy. Pumpkin would probably not like the crust, but I could easily not add that one for her.
After all, no recipe is really carved in stone, right?
